Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable $100 booking fee is required for any hair extension appointment. This applies to new and existing clients. This fee will be deducted off the total price on the day of your appointment.
A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required for any keratin hair treatment. This applies to new and existing clients. This fee will be deducted off the total price on the day of your appointment.
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required for any Cosmetic Tattooing appointments. This applies to new clients. $50 is required for existing clients. This fee will be deducted off the total price on the day of your appointment.
All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you need to change your appointment we need 48hours notice and must be rescheduled with in a 3 month period. In the event where you are unable to get your brows tattooed due to a medial concern you may use your deposit for other services in salon.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text message. If you require to make any adjustments to your booking, please phone the salon on

Late Arrival Policy
To ensure timely service to all clients, we may need to reschedule or alter your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask that you please contact the salon within 7 days of receiving that service. We would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as we do value you as a guest. However, we will not accept any unsatisfied complaints outside of this time frame.
