Booking Fees

We do not take deposits for hair extensions or cosmetic tattooing but we do ask like all other appointments to please confirm the appointment with your card details as soon as you have received the text message. This is to ensure your booking is secured. If you have not confirmed the appointment with your card details, we can not guarantee your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you NO-SHOW or CANCEL within 48 hours. 

If you CANCEL within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 10% of your bookings total.

If you NO-SHOW within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 30% of your bookings total.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Here at Copper Fox we have a strict NO-SHOW and last minute CANCELLATION policy in place. This means once you have booked online or have called up and made a booking you will be required to confirm your appointment by adding in your card details. Nothing will be charged unless you no-show or cancel within 48 hours. If you do not confirm with your card details we can not guarantee your booking and you will be required to pay the fee over the phone. 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Please phone the salon at least 48 hours before your booking on (02) 4323 3720 to avoid these cancellation fees.

We do not tolerate No-shows. Our system tally's the amount of no-shows a client does. Once you reach a certain amount you will be blocked from making online bookings and if you wish to make bookings in the future you will need to call the salon and pay in full to make a booking. 


Late Arrival Policy

We are human, we are aware things come up that makes us run behind. If this happens, please call the salon the moment you know you will run late. 

We are so busy and if you are late it throws our entire day of bookings out which is unfair to the other clients. So if you are late your appointment will have to be altered so we don't run late. This means you may miss out on a part of your service or if you are extra late you may miss out entirely. This is out of our control as we are booked back to back. 

Service Satisfaction

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask that you please contact the salon within 7 days of receiving that service.  We would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as we do value you as a guest. However, we will not accept any unsatisfied complaints outside of this time frame. We do have a strict NO REFUND policy in place. There will be no refunds given for any service, we will always try to rectify the situation by rescheduling you back in or if the available times do not suit you we can offer an in salon store service credit.
